John Coffey release Not Alone today, 9 October, through Long Branch Records. The 10-track album opens with ‘Hang The Choir’ and closes with ‘All Bark, No Bite’.
The Utrecht band frame the record around finding connection with other people. That idea is explicit in the title track and in the album's own description, which points to friends, helplines and the shared release of singing along in a room.
The release has a local starting point: the band's official site lists shows in Utrecht on both 9 and 10 October, with both marked sold out. Further dates include Liège, Sint-Niklaas, Cologne, Hamburg and Berlin in November, followed by Dutch shows in December.
